Terms and Shipping Policy

All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same working day.

Our supplying partners use their own delivery vehicles to ensure your goods are handled with care and arrive in perfect condition.

All orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge.

If re-delivery is required due to no answer at the delivery point, there may be an additional delivery charge.

Any damages must be reported to the driver for him/her to return at the point of delivery.

Re-delivery of damaged items will be as soon as possible, usually next working day.

Shortages must be reported to the driver immediately and to us in writing by email within 48 hours of delivery to enable us to quickly and accurately check our stock levels and help determine the cause of any reported shortage.

Re-delivery of accepted short-shipped items will usually be within 2 working days once we have completed our checks.

Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging an un-opened.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify

you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we paid the return shipping cost.

Faulty items will be collected at no cost you you. Please contact us to arrange all returns and to receive a collection number.
